A BURGER PLACE
It all began with the butter burger! 180g of grass fed British beef, butter & cheddar cheese goodness, a signature dish at Skirt – a meat place and our sister brand in downtown Beirut.
The popularity of that burger planted the seed of a new concept, and on February 14th 2019, a new spin-off was born: a burger place, By Skirt.
We serve flame-grilled beef burgers, properly made, with good fries, and a cold beer or old-fashioned shake on the side. We also serve a variety of other signature burgers, from salmon to chicken katsu and more!
